For one thing, they've been doing that since before you could AI generate something convincing. But something doesn't quite look real about them either. They might take photos of real guinea pigs, and then hand-paint them to get the pose right. What would it be like to be a rich guinea pig? I assume a cleaning service to sweep up the cage three times a day is a must.
