Rat Flood
They finally did it. They finally tore down Brahma's house. Actually, it was incredibly dramatic. We were just sitting at home one day when the ground started shaking and we heard crashes outside. The demolition crew finally showed up and were driving a backhoe right through the middle of the building. Since it was right next door, we watched from our front row seat through the living room window as they smashed the whole thing. They got all the way to the back wall and corner of the roof (where the hole and bee hive were), and just as the arm of the backhoe was coming down on it, actual real life Brahma dove out of the hole and skittered off along the top of the fence for the last time.
It was just Brahma, not a horde of rats. This comic was actually inspired by the horde of partying teens the police chased out of the house and through our yard while it was abandoned. Brahma is still a recurring character, however. Stay tuned to learn what happened to him and where he lives now!
